The management and administration of works required under Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 and all other legal notices.
Reporting to and attendance at the respective management company board meetings and Annual General Meetings. We also carry out regular site visits and inspections.

We provide accurate budgeting and regular tendering of contracts; keeping costs competitive and ensuring the best value for money at all times. In addition, we are happy to work with existing contractors or recommend alternative providers where applicable.
We are delighted to provide our management services to a cross section of clients including new build developers, freehold investment companies, Right to Manage (RTM) and lessee controlled management companies.
We ensure our developments are regularly inspected by our block management team and provide site inspection reports thereafter. We also impart a responsive local presence and service of key contractors using qualified local tradesmen. Wildheart do not employ direct contractors or take commission and adhere to the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code.
